Ceramics extend my exploration of geometry, balance and spatial relationships through the materiality of clay. Whether shaped as vessels or assembled into mosaics, they transform the language of drawing into tactile form. Working with clay allows line, colour and structure to take on a physical presence, while glazes introduce depth, light and surface qualities that cannot be achieved through painting alone. Each piece reflects an ongoing investigation into the relationship between form, material and perception.
Ceramic Mosaics
Ceramic mosaics transform the language of drawing into material form. Built from individually glazed elements, they explore geometry, rhythm and spatial relationships through the tactile qualities of clay. The works presented here are part of an ongoing investigation into the dialogue between structure, surface and light.

Ceramic Vessels
Each vessel begins as a hand-crafted ceramic form created by Portuguese artisans. In my studio, every surface is developed through the ceramic process of slips, glazes and successive firings, allowing my geometric visual language to become embedded within the material itself. The result is a series of unique works where craftsmanship and contemporary abstraction meet.

The ceramic works presented here are currently available directly from my studio.
